2024 marked a transcendental year for Poomsae in the Pan American area, with outstanding results through teamwork and perseverance as a whole. The growth of the sport in the region is not only the result of the talent of athletes, but of the constant effort from coaches, methodologists, psychologists and National Federations, becoming a synergy towards the Panamerican Taekwondo Union which has worked without stop for the development of each of the elements, through seminars, courses, workshops and high level congresses in Panamerica.
The key comes from the L.A.E. Juan Manuel Lopez Delgado’s vision and the board of directors teamwork, constant preparation in education and joint collaboration of the countries, in the participation of teaching programs aimed at the whole community in the specialties of Poomsae, Kyorugui, Taekwondo mixed Team , coaches and refereeing, this for the development of the sport.
Coaches from the United States of America have joined the PATU team becoming leaders in the development of athletes thanks to their comprehensive approach to training programs.
Having substantial progress with countries like Brazil, Peru and Argentina, for their outstanding results in a collaboration with the Pan American Taekwondo Union and aimed at the progress of Poomsae throughout the continent.
