Prensa PATU (Aguascalientes, 06 de octubre de 2023).- In a meeting held this Friday, October 6th, the LAE. Juan Manuel Lopez Delgado, president of the Pan American Taekwondo Union, made official the new directors of the 18 PATU Working Committees for the period 2023-2025.
"I have faith and hope that with you at the helm, PATU will continue with its upward development as it has been doing throughout this new administration. My management model is based on positive advice, to improve, that is why it is important that everyone is clear about the proactive work of these Committees for the benefit of Pan American taekwondo.", explicó López Delgado, quien hizo un repaso, uno a uno, por todos los Comités y reiteró las funciones de los mismos.
"I would like to give special thanks to those who repeat on these Committees, because they have done an extraordinary job, such is the case of the Arbitration, Gaming and Legal Committees, together with a group with many years of experience who are permanent advisors to this administration," continued López Delgado.
López Delgado emphasized the importance of the work of the Arbitration Committee, which "has already participated in more than 30 events and has demonstrated transparency and professionalism, in addition to being a team that is constantly undergoing training.
The leader reiterated his recognition of the legal and financial work teams: "They are teams that are maintained because they do not stop working. When we arrived, we got a bankrupt PATU, but now we have a healthy and clean PATU, with a philosophy of evolving and doing things right. I did not come here for power or money, I come to leave a legacy", closed the also vice-president of World Taekwondo, entity that recognized PATU as the Best Continental Union in the world in 2022.
